Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before [2:00 PM AEST] on a business day usually ship the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or peak periods.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout. We are not able to control or predict these fees.
Incorrect address
